Using the reservation form you may book your room at a standard or at a special rate, which is also valid for some periods. You may also order extra services e.g. airport transfer using «message» field of the reservation form.

Using the reservation form:

You may book your room in Prestige Basil Hotel using the online reservation form. For correct reservation please indicate the following info: room type, check-in and check-out dates, guest names, contact information for correspondence, sending hotel booking confirmation, visa support documents, etc. Please note: our standard check-in time is 2 PM, check-out time is 12:00 (St. Petersburg local time, GMT+3hrs). Luggage hold at early arrivals and late deprtures is free of charge. In case you would like to use your hotel room before standard check-in time and after standard check-out time you may also order early arrival or late departure room at a cost of ? or 1 hotel night depending on the time of arrival to or departure from the hotel.

Hotel reservation can also be made by telephone or fax, round-the-clock. Once the hotel confirmation is received, please print it for your future reference and checking in with; or just record the booking reference number and have it at hand for checking in.

In case you would like to book 5 and more rooms at a time, please address the Group Reservations Dept. A detailed reply to reservation request is usually sent within next maximum 24 hrs. In case you do not receive any for some reasons please re-send your request or make a phonecall to the hotel reservations dept.

In case visa support is required please request one after having your room booked.
